Scans from Concise Guide to Type Identification by Vincent F. Apicella, Joanna V. Pomeranza and Nancy G. Wiatt (Lund Humphries, 1990). It displays 1700 laser typefaces from the Linotype library, showing all uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals 0-9 and punctuation for each.
Most importantly, it shows typeface equivalences for various typefaces from the phototype era.
