RNIB stands for the Royal National Institute for the Blind. They offered free fonts for the blind such as RNIB and Moon. They also produced the commercial font family Tiresias (2000, by Dr. John Gill): TiresiasInfofont, TiresiasInfofontZ, TiresiasPCfont, TiresiasPCfontZ, TiresiasSignfont, TiresiasSignfontZ.
