Philippe Dabasse is a French type designer (b. 1972) based in Paris (and before that, Levallois-Perret) who designed Gange (1996-1998) and Remont (1998, free font at Typotek: lettering as on the traffic signs in St. Petersburg, with versions called Symbol, Latin, Cyrillic).
