Kingsley Read, the principal designer of the Shavian Alphabet, subsequently devised two more alphabets. Quickscript was largely based on Shavian, whereas Readspel was based on the Roman alphabet. Quickscript is a cursive form of the Shavian alphabet. A free Quickscript font is at this site.
