ProFont is a Monaco derivative with slashed zeros available both as a bitmap and as an outline TrueType font for Mac and Windows. It was originally created by Andrew Welch, and later refined by Carl Osterwald and Steve Gilardi. Free downloads at Tobias Jung's page.
