The Tabone Computer Centre-Malta at some point posted the Maltese fonts MaltaardPSMT, MaltadelPSMT, Maltfree, MaltfrankGothicHeavyHE, MaltfrankGothicHeavyHE-BoldItalic (1993). These fonts were free at Howard Berlin's site until it disappeared. Freeport, from the same company, is not at Howard's site (but is floating around in cyberspace).
