Dick Higgins Composer, poet and founder of Something Else Press. He designed Kenster (named after Fluxus Mail-artist Ken Friedman) and Magwitch. Marilyn Stablein's High in the Himalayas is set in Kenster. Interview. He was from Barrytown, NY, and died in Quebec in 1998. If anyone can track down these fonts, please let me know!
