The i-ching package by Wlodek Bzyl contains I-Ching-Regular in type 1 format and various macros and TEX files. Author of The Tao of Fonts (TUGBoat, vol. 23, pp. 27-40, 2002, in which he explains about font design using Metafont and MetaPost.
