Malayalam font link and jump page by Omniglot. Malayalam is a Dravidian language spoken by about 22 million people in the Indian state of Kerala, as well as in Singapore and Malaysia. This syllabic alphabet emerged around 1000AD and then gradually evolved from the Tamil-Grantha script over a period of 600 years.
