Pierre Thivet (Norkvhak) is the creator in 1997 of the Khmer font Kh-Botum. In 1993, he made the free Khmer fonts Khmer Bold Chrung, Khmer Bold Kbach, Khmer Bold Kveak, Khmer Light Kaoh Kong, Khmer Light Letter, Khmer Normal Kveak, Khmer Normal Letter, Khmer Normal Moul, Khmer Title Battambang, Khmer Title Chrung, Khmer Title Letter. Download here and here. In 1997, he mnade KH Botum, which now exists with proper Unicode encoding.
