Ethan Lamoreaux's page on the Shavian alphabet contains two Shavian fonts he made in 2003: esl_gothic_shavian (the Shavian characters are encoded where the Latin characters would normally go) and esl_gothic_unicode (the Shavian characters are located at both the Private Use area, starting at U+E700, and also in the Shavian area in plane 1 (surrogates) starting at U+10450).
