Ultrafonts (was: Ultra Pixel Fonts) Ultrafonts (or: Ultra Pixel Fonts) (related to Chris Lowery's Truth in Design) was launched in early 2004. All fonts have the prefix UPF. They are exquisite pixel typefaces that play with various gray fill-ins. The designers are Hugo Perez: Atlantis, Bellefield, Bossa, Ellus. Factus, Forum, Lucy, Neuquen Small Caps, Unicraze. Christophe Badani: Mr. Pixel. Gustavo Ferreira: Elementar 09b, Elementar Basica 13.11, 13.21 and 13.31. Hrant Papazian: Mana. Nathan Matteson: Daasaang (a Thai face). Miguel Hernandez: Orbital, Sugar, Odyssey, Solar, Voltage, Jetson. Miguel Hernandez: never could figure out where his fonts are on the web page. There is a free family, UPF Verity, based on Bitstream Vera.
