Metzler'sche Schriftgießerei

Stuttgart-based foundry founded in 1837 by the J. B. Metzlersche Buchhandlung und Buchdruckerei which existed sine 1682. In 1838 it published Proben von Kaleidoskop-Einfassungen. In 1854, near the end of its the foundry, the owners were Eugen and Alfred Druckenmüller.
