Patrick Andries

Quebec-based computer scientist who has been involved in the multilingual and Unicode world. He was one of the authors of a proposal adding Tifinagh to Unicode. He is currently working with people in France and Niger on the development of OpenType fonts to support Tuareg. He is also involved in other African scripts such as Moroccan and Sahelian Arabic and a recent script from the Congo (Mandombe).
