Walter Heberling German handletterer. His work from 1925 inspired Nick Curtis to digitize Fortune Cookie (2007) and Eulalie NF (2009). Heberling Casual NF (2002, Nick Curtis) is based on a single-stroke pen font from Heberling's Basic Lettering, and elements of composition, color harmony, gilding, embossing-processes (1922). All these fonts are quirky and almost Victorian.
