Made in 2001, it is remarkable by its dedication to Zbignew Brezinsky, Lee Smolin, William Cooper, David Lazar, Theodore Kaczynski, Madeline Albright, Andrew Cunanan, Adam Smith, Marshall Herff Applewhite, George Maynard Keynes, and Mike Neidlinger. The maker is unknown, but the letters are indeed reminiscent of vipers and slithery things. I think that Ted Kaczynski does not deserve to be in that list though.
