Tanja Medved MA student in typography at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. At ATypI 2007 in Brighton, she spoke on Typeface Praetoria: from v-cut to digital media (with Klementina Mozina). This font is based on an old inscription on the Praetorian palace in Koper. Old chiselled letters from the 17th century formed the basis for the creation of the new font. The Praetoria font is now used as a corporate identity at the Koper Museum. Designer of the serif text typeface Valentin during the design workshop TipoBrda in 2008. Earlier, she created Nonsense (2006). At TipoBrda 2007, she created the text typeface Metelchica.
