Danish designer (Aalborg) in 1937 of the brushy typeface Stafet (William Simmelkiær Skriftstøberi). This site shows a 1938 note that announces that Kai Pelt had won the type competition held by Grafisk Compagni in 1937 with his typeface Palet, later known as Stafet.
