Mikus Vanags (b. 1982) is from Riga, Latvia. He designed a 4-style opentype-feature-loaded family called Etno (2010), which has constructivist undertones. He also created a medical icon set for the Hopitaux de Paris in 2010. Aspasia (2010) is an art deco face. Free faces at Dafont include the all-caps no-punctuation faces Liva (2007) and Complexity (2007). The caps-only face Justicia is a contemporary Roman Serif Capitals typeface suited both for editorial and corporate design. It was designed by Mikus Vanags in 2008 for the government and public administration sector and is not publically available. MyFonts foundry page.
