Yohanna-My Nguyen Born in France in 1985, Yohanna-My Nguyen is a graduate of the Masters program in type design at KABK, 2010. Her final project there was a typeface called Luciaan (2010). Before KABK, she did a DSAA Création Typographie at the École Estienne. She taught typography and typeface design at the Strasbourg School of Design (HEAR) and is now based in Paris. Other typefaces by her include Pension (2011, a text family done for a French editor), Tipote (2011, a monolinear unicase typeface), Métropoli (2011), and the angular typeface Eddie (2008). At Production Type, she cooperated on the designs of Tesseract (+Display), Proto (including Slab Condensed and Grotesk), Kessler, Signal, Gemeli Mono and the upright script typeface Enfantine.
