Joannes Weenink Dutch penman and lettering artist (1797-1879), who published the lettering model book Alphabeth in onderscheiden soorten van oude, nieuwe en ornament letteren, ca. 1843. Some of his work is close to earlier model book work of Jean Midolle in Switzerland.
