Moscow-based designer of Vaghintara (2016). She explains: Agvan Dorjiev is a reformer of Mongolian vertical writing adapted to Buryat language. Vaghintara alphabet which he has created was the exact reproduction of Russian words in Buryat language popular between 1905-­1910. However, this particular font type was not properly used in Buryat language because of the Russian revolution.
