Rockstar Games -- Redemption
Rockstar Games is a video game company. For their Red Dead Redemption game, they created the typeface Redemption (which has a copyright pointing to Rockstar North). In 1999 Ray Larabie (Typodermic), a former employee of Rockstar Games, published the free font Chinese Rocks. Rockstar redesigned this font for covers and artworks for Red Dead Redemption and named it Redemption. They added some letters especially for Red Dead Redemption 2. Marston (2013-2015, Neale Davidson) is similar to Chinese Rocks. Outlaws (2018) by Felix H is a great free font family based on Redemption. |
