Walter Veit was the head of the printing lab (Setzerei-Werkstatt)
from 1919-1950, and made Veit Antiqua.

Walter Brudi headed the department for book design and typography
from 1949-1973. His type designs are Brudi Mediaeval,
Brudi Kursiv and Pan.

|
|
|
J.V. Cissarz was one of the original teachers: he taught
graphic arts and book design from 1905-1920. His (only?)
typeface is Cissarz-Latein.
The calligraphy is by Josef Weinheber.

|
|
The most famous type designer, ever, in Stuttgart, is
F.H.E. Schneidler, who was also a renowned calligrapher.
He was head of the graphics division from 1920-1948.
