Designer who used FontStruct to construct many modular typefaces. The main FontStruct site states "in memoriam professor L. Kampmann" in 2021, so it is unclear whether the designer itself was L. Kampmann, or whether he/she is an acquaintance of Kampmann. some of the typefaces: Kem Base (2021: a tiki font influenced by Kem Weber (1889-1963), a German-born American furniture and industrial designer, architect, art director, and teacher), N8 Orchestrange (2019: a mixed texture display typeface; all caps only), Confined (2020: a textured font with a name that describes the COVID era). |
