Designer of Bergteken during a workshop at Type Paris 2019. The skeleton of the Bergteken family combines blackletter with humanistic elements. Narrow, angular strokes from blackletters are used alongside round shapes and sturdy serifs from roman letters. The result is a fluid family that is less strict than its historic references from the 14th and 15th centuries and reminds us a bit of Oldrich Menhart's typefaces.
