[Hellmut G. Bomm]
HGB is Helmut G. Bomm's design studio. Bomm was born in 1948 in Backnang, Baden-Württemberg. Stuttgart-based type designer who publishes his type designs with Linotype and URW++. Catalog of some of his typefaces: - Jazz Ragtime (URW++).
- Joga (URW++), 2008. A stylish theatre headline face, art deco.
- HGB Grotesk (URW++), 2005. A geometric sans family.
- Klassika (URW++), 2004. A sans family with a nice 3d version, Klassika Bronze. Probably the same as HGB Klassika.
- Legal (Linotype), 2004. A 6-weight sans family that grew out of his HGB Grotesk which he made in the 1970s.
- Solo Mito (URW++), Solo Data (URW++).
- Schillerplatz (URW++), 2008. A condensed didone typeface.
- Rotate Modern (URW++), Rotate Nouveau (URW++), Rotate Klassik (URW++), 2004. Also, Rotata Mysticons (URW++), 2004.
- Neudoerffer Fraktur (Linotype), 2009.
- HGB Lombardisch (URW++), 2008. A Lombardic typeface.
- Linotype Nautilus (Linotype), 1999. A humanist sans based on a handwritten type used for the text Li. Das Helle, Klare from the I Ging. See also
