Postscript program that wraps a TTF font into a type 42 PostScript font, and writes an AFM file as well. Free utility by Polish TeX expert Staszek Wawrykiewicz (d. 2018). In the file itself though, it says that the program is by Boguslaw Jackowski. See also here.
