SPA sues minor
Bordering on the surreal, the SPA (Software Publishers Association) goes after a minor in court. Proudly posted by Peter Beruk, Director of North American Anti-Piracy. Apparently, Emigre reported a minor who was illegally distributing Emigre font software to the SPA (Software Publishers Association), which in turn prosecuted the case. An out-of-court settlement was reached. |
