Jeff Levine: The Eckhardt Series [Jeff Levine] Between 2006 and 2009, Jeff Levine published the Eckhardt Series, named after his friend Albert Eckhardt, Jr. (1929-2005) who had owned Allied Signs in Miami, Florida from 1959 until his passing.
