French type designer (1895-1944) who designed for Projet Espana between 1929 and 1943 these fonts: Alcázar, Andalucía, Aragón, Baleares, Canarias, Castilla La Nueva, Castilla la Vieja, Cataluña, Extremadura, Galicia, Gracián, Grán Cursiva, Iberia, Lusitania, Mendocina, Soleares, Vascongadas, Pascal (with his son José). He also designed Touraine in 1943, which was published in 1947 at Fonderie Deberny&Peignot. |
