David Poullard

Parisian type designer (b. 1972) who designed Métropolice (1998), Ordinaires (1999, inspired by names of Paris metro stations), Métropolitaine (a geometric industrial sans caps typeface) (2001, with Julien Gineste, commissioned by the RATP in the art nouveau style of Guimard), and a typeface for some tramways and the RER in Paris in 2004.
