Japanese Standards Association Association that developed some Japanese fonts, such as the Heisei Kaku Gothic, Heisei Maru Gothic and Heisei Mincho families at Adobe. IBM commissioned their own versions of the Heisei family. These IBM versions can be bought and licensed from Ascender Corporation.
