TrFonts
Original fonts and dingbats: Ataturk (2003, dingbats by Kursad Cakir), TrSahinsan (2001), TrSahCeviz, TrSahAlako-Bold, TrSahDungeon-Regular, TrSahFuturaBT-Bold, TrSahFuturaBT-BoldItalic, TrSahFuturaBlackBT-Regular, TrSahFuturaBT-Light, TrSahFuturaBT-LightItalic, TrSahFuturaBT-ExtraBlack, TrSahInstitution, TrSahKomikazba, TrSahLarissa, TrSahPanther, TrSah-Engebrechtre-BoldItalic, TrSahEngebrechtre-Bold, TrSahEngebrechtreExpanded-BoldItalic, TrSahEngebrechtreExpanded-Bold, TrSahEngebrechtreExpanded-Italic, TrSahEngebrechtreExpanded, TrSahEngebrechtre-Italic, TrSahEngebrechtre, TrSahWaltDisneyScript, TrSahTurkiye, TweetyandFriends, YildizTeknikUniversitesi (the last two are dingbat fonts by Naci Kucukkaya). Well, not quite. The TrSah-Engebrechtre series is taken directly from Ray Larabie, for example. I don't read Turkish, but I assume that these fonts were just augmented with Turkish diacritics. Justin, the creator of the Walt Disney Script font complains that TrSah Walt Disney Script is an unauthorized re-branding of his font, and he points out that TrFonts has changed the copyright to "Ceviz:Net&Walt Disney Company". The designer seems to be Kursad Cakir. About Decotech (2001), he writes: is a new rendition of a Walt Disney World Tomorrowland-style font. Seizing inspiration from designs by Daniel Pelavin and Neville Brody -- whose distinctive typefaces help define the retro-futuristic style of New Tomorrowland -- DecoTech features capitals from Metropolis Science Centre and Space Mountain, as well as an original lowercase set. Decotech TL offers some extra capitals: the uppercase contain the common "Tomorrowland" character set, while the lowercase contain some additional designs based on signage from Port Discovery at Tokyo Disney Sea. These can be used alone or mixed with DecoTech upper/lowercase for more design possibilites. |
