Runs a graphic and design studio in Braunschweig, and is a free-lance illustrator. He is best known for his alphabets made up of animals like tigers, crocodiles, elephants and cats for use in children's books. A specimen is in "Menschenalphabete" (Joseph Kiermeier-Debre and Fritz Franz Vogel, 2001).
