CR8 for Windows is commercial barcode software. Allan Murray created a free barcode 39 font bc39CR8 (2004). Also, CR8tracer is a freeware utility to convert bitmap images into monochrome vector formats. A freeware utility based on Peter Selinger's 'Potrace'. Combine with CR8type 2.0 to create fonts from scanned images of signatures, handwriting etc. Free demo fonts barCR8C128-Regular (2006) and barCR8CODE39-Regular (2006).
