Marcel Cros
I will take a wild guess and say that Marcel Cros was a Belgian illustrator and/or poster artist. In 1937, he did the lettering of an airline timetable "Sabena 1937 horaires et tarifs du 5 Avril au 9 Octobre" for (now bankrupt, thanks to our Swiss friends) Sabena Airlines. That beautiful poster led Nick Curtis to design his Sabrina Zaftig NF font in 2002. |
