Cornelis Henricszoon Lettersnijder Son of Henric Pieterszoon Lettersnijder, b. Delft. Dutch letter cutter ("lettersnijder"). He cut a Netherlandisch Bastarda, which he used from 1524 onwards, and a big double pica Textura to continue with the type family popularized by his father. Vervliet in his 1968 book ranks Cornelis a "cut" below his father.
