Danh Hong's very busy page, but one can find here a link to his free Khmer Unicode font, Khmer OS System (2005). He also has free Khmer fonts at the Google Web Font site, Battambang, Bokor, Metal and Freehand. At Open Font Library, he published Kh Metal Chrieng Regular (2008). Google Plus link.
