Fourth Founder Type Chinese Type Design Competition

The Center for Chinese Font Design and Research and Beijing Founder Electronics Co.,Ltd jointly organized this Chinese type design competition in 2007. The jury consisted of Akira Kobayashi (Linotype), Professor Wangmin (head of the design department of the China Central Academy of Fine Arts), Zhu Zhiwei (Director of font design at Beijing Founder Electronics Co), Professor Lu Shengzhong (China Central Academy of Fine Arts), Li Shaobo (China Central Academy of Fine Arts), Professor Yu Bingnan (Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University), Jin Liqiang (a designer from Hong Kong) and Xubin (a Chinese artist in the USA).
