Mathias Vandenbempt

Graphic design student in Hasselt, Belgium, who was inspired by a World War I monument when he created the typeface 1948 (2012, Ten Dollar Fonts).

He designed the DIN-like corporate typeface Belgie (2012) for Kunstencentrum Belgie, which is based on Bebas. Diano (2012) is a blackletter typeface.
