Federico Perez Villoro
Federico Perez Villoro is a Mexican artist and designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Interested in the sociopolitical implications of communication technologies, his work focuses on the relationship between language and identity. Federico holds an MFA from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). In 2016 he was an artist in residence at California College of the Arts (CCA), where he taught in the MFA Design program. He is a critic at RISD, where he started teaching in spring 2017. As a student at Rhode Island School of Design, class of 2013, he created the display typeface Eme. |
