Bykineks Type Foundry [Dede Kurniawan] Sukabumi, Indonesia-based designer (b. 1998) with an early background in calligraffiti and streey art. From 2023 until 2026, he worked at Indotype. Separately, he set up Bykineks Type Foundry. Designer of the angry signage script typeface Zarra (2020). In 2021, he designed Wakaba (an ink bleed script). In 2022, he released Gin (blackletter calligraffiti) and Agasthiya Rococo (a spurred rococo script). In 2026, the Bykineks font collection included Alvera (a dot matrix font 2025). Rooted in the raw, pixelated aesthetics of early computing and retro printers, Alvera takes inspiration from From ASCII Art to Comic Sans: The Multisensory Dot Matrix Printer. Arshila (a didone typeface in 55 styles, 2023). Avita (a geometric sans in 54 styles, 2022). Bia (a 202-font transitional serif/sans superfamily, 2026). Bilgen (a tall typeface, 2024).
