Typographer and food historian who lives in London. She is the author of the National Gallery cookbook, and is currently working on the Oxford Companion to Italian Food. At ATypI in Rome in 2002, she spoke about the connection between the works of Renaissance Humanist scholars and the food they enjoyed eating. |
