ABOUT

Kristall Grotesk

A typeface cut by Wagner & Schmidt, Leipzig, in 1936-1937 meant for headlines. This Bauhaus-influenced design was owned by Stiftung Werkstattmuseum für Druckkunst, Leipzig. For a digital revival, one could use Kristall H MfD Pro (2019, Elsner & Flake). Kristall Now Pro (2019, Elsner & Flake) is a text family that revives Kristall Grotesk Buchschrift by Johannes Wagner GmbH, 1937.
